The Nebula Gallery is the newest addition to the Eugene McDermott Library. It is located in the lobby of our Special Collections and Archives Division which is on the 3rd floor in 3.504. Photoworks 2020
Description:
Photoworks 2020 represents a selection of creative work completed by advanced photography students from the University of Texas at Dallas, curated by faculty member Marilyn Waligore.
Exploring portraiture as a method of collaboration, these photographers discover the expressive potential of this exchange and the possibilities of human form. Meanwhile, photographic records of architecture reveal a city undergoing transformation through a revisiting of familiar Dallas landmarks.
Exhibiting artists include Tony Boykin, Megan Martinez, Kevin Ong, and Jacob Tran

New Acquisitions: Comer Collection
Description:
The Nebula Gallery is excited to reopen its doors and present new artwork from the Jerry and Marilyn Comer Collection of the SP/N Gallery. Curated by Dr. Diane Durant, Director of the Jerry and Marilyn Comer Collection, New Acquisitions: Comer Collection, features work by a wide range of photographers—from Dorothea Lange and Nan Goldin to Ernesto Pujol and Wendy Red Star—all of which have been added to the collection in the last two years and address a variety of subjects. The exhibition will be on view through December.
