Participants who earn 20 springers throughout the duration of the program
will earn individual rewards for completing the challenge: A Living Well
Blender Cup and Frisbee. Also, work together with your colleagues to win
the coveted Traveling Trophy for your institution for each listed category size.
Those who are unable to meet the challenge requirements due to
medical constraints may request an alternative challenge completion requirement.
Important Dates:
- Monday, April 10: Team formation deadline.
Last day to form or join a team of 4-5.
- Monday, April 3: Start logging activity.
Begin recording your daily exercise minutes or steps and collecting
springers as you learn about international attractions and events.
- Sunday, April 30: Program ends. But you may
backlog until Tuesday, May 2.
